Delete account

You can start the deletion process for your Chromie account from inside the app or through the secure form below.

How to request deletion

Inside the app: open Profile and use the account deletion action.
Outside the app: enter the account email and nickname to receive a confirmation link by email.
Your account is disabled immediately.
Game data is removed from leaderboards immediately.
Permanent deletion from our databases happens no later than 6 months later, unless the law requires a longer retention period.

Enter the email and nickname attached to your account. If they match, we will send a confirmation link to that address.
