This page explains which data Chromie processes, why it is used, how long it is retained, and how deletion can be requested.
Chromie may process your email address, nickname, optional profile data (first name, last name, birth date, country, language), match history, scores, statistics, and technical identifiers required to operate the service.
This data is used to create and secure your account, run the game, display leaderboards and history, store your preferences, and improve the service.
Some data may be processed by technical providers acting on behalf of the service, including Auth0 for authentication, Google AdMob for advertising, Sentry for error and performance monitoring, Firebase Analytics for in-app audience measurement, and hosting or infrastructure providers.
When these tools are enabled, Chromie may transmit technical and usage data such as platform, device model, operating system version, application version, approximate country, some viewed screens, usage events, and error or performance reports. This data is used to analyze app stability, understand product usage, and improve the service.
Deleted account data is disabled immediately, then permanently removed from our databases no later than 6 months later. Associated game data follows the same deletion window. Some information may be retained longer if required by law.
You can request access, correction, or deletion of your data from inside the app or by contacting chromie@axons.fr.
